Schedule

Our daily program offers a balance between scheduled activities and free time.  Scheduled activities are not compulsory, however, in order to obtain the maximum health benefit during your time with us, we do encourage you to participate in all the activities provided.   Your daily schedule as a health guest will be personalized according to your individual health needs.

The following is a typical daily schedule, but is subject to change.

Sunday – Friday Schedule

Morning Schedule

5.30 am Rising Time
6.00 am Stretching Class
6.30 am  Devotional
7.00 am  Breakfast
7.45 am  Short Walk
8.30 am  Health Lecture
9.30 am  Medical Appointments (twice a week)
11.00am Cooking School

Afternoon Schedule

1.00 pm  Lunch
2.00 pm  Short walk
3.00 pm  Hydrotherapy
6.00 pm  Light Supper

Evening Schedule

7.00 pm Evening Program
9.30 pm Good Night

Saturday Schedule

The schedule on a Saturday is different to the rest of the week and designed to give you time to contemplate, rest and relax. The body and mind benefit greatly from a sabbatical rest.

Morning Schedule

6.00 am Rising Time
6.30 am Morning Inspiration
7.00 am  Breakfast
8.00 am  Walk
9.15 am  Church or Free Time

Afternoon Schedule

1.00 pm  Lunch
2.00 pm Short walk
3.00 pm  Outing
6.00 pm  Light Supper

Evening Schedule
