Reservations for all lifestyle programs can be made by calling 1-800-634-9355 during office hours EST. To ensure we can accommodate you on your preferred dates, we recommend that you make your bookings at least two to four weeks in advance of your intended arrival date. You may of course book with shorter notice, subject to room availability.
Arrival and Departure
All programs begin on a Sunday. Check in time is between 3-5 PM. All programs end on a Thursday. Departure time is generally 10 am. Please contact us should your circumstances require an exception.
Courtesy transportation is provided between Wildwood and the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport upon arrival and departure between 7:30 AM and 5 PM ET.
If flying into the Atlanta Int. Airport or Nashville Int. Airport, call Groome Transportation on 1.800.896.9928 for reservations. It will take you two hours to reach us. We provide courtesy transportation from the Chattanooga Groome Transportation Station to Wildwood.
If coming by bus, plan to arrive in Chattanooga (pick up service provided).
A discount off the full regular price is given to participating family members. Spouses or other members of your immediate family (18 years and over) are encouraged to attend and participate in the lifestyle program. This family involvement encourages the continuation of the program at home.
A specially planned graduation will be held the last day of the program.
We ask that if you do have your medical records that you bring them with you. If you don’t have them, please ask your Medical Service Provider to give them to you or fax them directly to us on Fax No. 706-820-7458. Please ask for your most recent history and physical report, and the results of any lab work and diagnostic testing in the last two years.
We ask that you bring all the medications and supplements that you are currently taking with you, and enough for the time that you are with us. Although frequently our health guests do manage to greatly reduce their medications as their body heals, the rate at which this happens is different for each individual.
