What does it cost?
Programs are offered without a program fee. We only ask for a free will offering. Host churches and organizations cover the practical expenses that make travel possible.

- Food or supplies used in demonstrations
A love offering may also be given to support future health outreach.

Yes. Topics, activities, and timing can be adjusted to your community’s needs and the space available.
How much lead time should we allow?
Share your preferred dates as early as possible. Availability and preparation needs vary, and the team will confirm what is workable when they follow up.
Can we request both a seminar and an expo?
Yes. Select “Both HEWS and Health Expo” in the request form and describe your event goals.
Is submitting the form a confirmed booking?
No. It sends your request to our events team. The event is confirmed only after Wildwood follows up and both teams agree on the details.
