How the program works
Beginning May 11 we will host weight-loss classes, cooking classes, exercise periods, and more, for 6 weeks. These classes are FREE and will be held Thursday evenings at 7pm in our Better Living Center. Click here for directions!
For some, the free classes will be enough motivation to help start their weight- loss journey, but for those who need extra guidance and support, Wildwood offers its medical providers for a fee. If you would like to find out more simply fill out the form below and we will be happy to help!
For 80 years our institution has helped people not only to lose weight but also to stop disease progression naturally. We hope this 6-week program will give you the tools and the accountability you need to finally overcome those extra pounds. Our program is designed to help you achieve your ideal weight while learning principles that will help build and sustain your overall health.
