A 6-week medically supervised weight loss program by Wildwood Clinic.

How the program works

Beginning May 11 we will host weight-loss classes, cooking classes, exercise periods, and more, for 6 weeks. These classes are FREE and will be held Thursday evenings at 7pm in our Better Living Center. Click here for directions! 

For some, the free classes will be enough motivation to help start their weight- loss journey, but for those who need extra guidance and support, Wildwood offers its medical providers for a fee. If you would like to find out more simply fill out the form below and we will be happy to help!
